Kia ora! I’m Logan - a therapist, coach, and fellow overthinker.
I help high-functioning adults who are good on paper but exhausted in real life. Most of my clients are navigating ADHD, burnout, anxiety, or just the relentless pressure of trying to be everything to everyone.
My approach is grounded, practical, and deeply human. No generic advice (unless it actually works). No toxic positivity. Just real conversations, real strategies, and support that meets you where you are.
